Meet Julie from Priceline Pharmacy.  

Tell us about your store and your customers
Our pharmacy has been Priceline since 2004 but I started here in 1977. I have seen many changes in the centre over the years but one thing that hasn’t changed is our strong commitment and connection we have to our customers, long term and new - they are #1. Our staff are able to build strong relationships with our customers because we truly care about and understand their needs.

Our customer base is predominantly our long-term loyal customers. We think of them as extended family and friends, not customers.  We offer more than just providing them with their shopping needs. They come to us for support in so many other areas, feeling comfortable that we are here for them even if it is just to provide a listening ear.

What’s something that people may not know about your store?
Something that people may not know is that our Priceline Pharmacy provides many services in addition to dispensing scripts and over-the-counter retail lines. These services include:

• Scripts on file and SMS when ready for collection

• Priceline App for ordering scripts and over-the-counter lines

• Free daily delivery

• Free blood pressure checks

• Diabetes testing and education for our customers

• Webster Packing to assist customers in dosing their correct medication

• Loyalty Club Card: Free to join

• Ear piercing

• Beauty services

and that’s just to name a few.
