Disabled access amenities

Jesmond Central has two disabled restrooms next to The Supplement Stop and near OPSM. Disabled parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrances for customer convenience.

Lost and found

If you have lost something, we can try to help you find it. For any lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Centre Management Office located near Connor in Centre Court or call (02) 4955 9249.

Mobility equipment

Two motorised scooters and two wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Centre Management Office. To make a booking contact Centre Management on (02) 4955 9249.

Parent's room

The Parent's Room is located near The Supplement Stop.

Facilities include:

• Change tables

• Nappy bins

• Wash basins

• Play area for the kids

• Bottle warming

• Private feeding room

Amazon Lockers

Using our Amazon Locker facility is the easiest way to collect your online Amazon purchases. You can pick up parcels at when it suits you. It’s time to experience online shopping without the hassle of missed deliveries and long queues.
